b) Treatment Planning
: Based on the assessment, develop individualized treatment plans. These plans may include exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to address specific impairments and help patients regain their functional independence.
c) Pain Management:
Cancer patients often experience pain due to the disease itself, as well as the side effects of treatments like surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. You should use various pain management techniques, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities like heat, cold, and electrical stimulation, to alleviate pain and improve patients' comfort.
d) Mobility and Function:
To work to improve patients' mobility and functional abilities. This includes helping patients regain strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, which may be compromised due to cancer treatments or the disease itself.
