Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic

Physio-Fitness Trainer

with a strong foundation in physiotherapy and a keen interest in fitness training and sports rehabilitation. The role involves designing and delivering personalized fitness programs tailored to clients' therapeutic and preventive needs.

Key Responsibilities

Assess clients' physical conditions and develop customized fitness and rehab plans Guide clients through safe and effective workouts based on individual health goals Collaborate with physiotherapists, nutritionists, and wellness consultants to ensure holistic care Conduct functional movement screenings and posture assessments Track client progress and modify plans based on recovery or improvement Deliver group sessions, workshops, and fitness demos when required Educate clients on injury prevention, body mechanics, and lifestyle corrections Maintain accurate records and session notes for each client

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy or related field 1-2 years of relevant experience in a clinical, sports rehab, or fitness training setting Certification in personal training or fitness instruction (preferred) Strong understanding of biomechanics, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for preventive healthcare, fitness, and community well-being
