Conduct high-quality online classes as per the assigned schedule.
Simplify concepts using clear explanations, examples, diagrams, and digital tools.
Ensure syllabus completion as per academic calendar and batch requirements.
Deliver classes for Regular, Foundation, and Advanced batches (as applicable).
2. Content & Study Material Development
Prepare lesson plans, class notes, PowerPoint presentations, and digital content.
Create assignments, worksheets, practice problems, and question banks.
Develop chapter-wise tests, mock exams, and solutions.
Update content periodically based on exam patterns (JEE/NEET/Boards/IGCSE, etc.).
3. Student Assessment & Progress Tracking
Conduct regular quizzes, weekly tests, and monthly assessments.
Evaluate student performance and provide detailed feedback.
Identify weak students and provide targeted support or remedial sessions.
Maintain academic records, attendance, and score data.
4. Doubt Resolution
Conduct dedicated doubt-clearing sessions (live or chat-based).
Respond to student queries promptly through LMS, WhatsApp groups, or platforms.
Ensure no unresolved academic doubts remain.
5. Student Engagement & Mentoring
Motivate and mentor students to develop confidence and strong conceptual understanding.
Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and problem-solving techniques.
Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment in online classes.
6. Coordination With Academic & Operations Teams
Work closely with operations team for scheduling, class monitoring, and smooth delivery.
Collaborate with academic coordinators for planning tests and batch progress.
Share daily, weekly, and monthly progress updates as required.
7. LMS / Digital Platform Responsibilities
Upload study materials, homework, recorded classes, and test solutions.
Ensure timely update of class notes and resources on the platform.
Use online tools like Zoom/Meet, whiteboards, and digital teaching aids effectively.
8. Parent Communication (As Required)
Participate in parent-teacher meetings.
Provide updates on student performance, progress, and areas of improvement.
Address parent concerns professionally.
9. Academic Improvement & Innovation
Contribute ideas to improve teaching quality and learning outcomes.
Stay updated with exam patterns, curriculum changes, and competition-level standards.
Participate in internal training, quality audits, and academic review sessions.
10. Professional Conduct
Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and ethical teaching standards.
Ensure confidentiality of institute's content, methods, and student data.
Adhere to institute policies, SOPs, and reporting structures.
