We are pioneers in the field of book publishing in post-Independence India, catering to students from Pre-Primary to University levels within the country and outside of it. You may visit us at www.sultan-chand.comOur 50-strong sales team endeavors to ensure that our books are prescribed in schools across the length and breadth of the country. To give a further push to our sales, we invite Sales Executives to be part of this energetic team and carve a niche for themselves as a salesperson.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Lead sales activities in the field in order to achieve the annual sales targets and grow market share

- Develop sales and marketing strategies for your region

- Liaison with distributors, retailers and customer institutions to create demand for the books produced

- Recover all dues from a consignee / sundry debtor of your assigned territory, within the stipulated time frame

Qualifications and Skills :

- 3 years of minimum sales experience

- Prior experience in the educational publishing industry or K-12 educational product sales will be advantageous

- Excellent written and verbal language skills in English

- Good negotiation and communication skills are a must

- High motivation and willingness to learn are key

- Self-motivated, independent and confident

- Willingness to travel extensively
