In this role, you will be a vital bridge between subject matter experts, the content creation team, and the development process, ensuring a seamless and enriching user experience for learners. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Guidance: Collaborate with the team lead and subject matter experts to provide comprehensive guidance on the creation of educational content. Leverage your expertise to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and educational effectiveness of the content.
• Content Planning: Develop and maintain a well-structured content plan that aligns with educational objectives, learning outcomes, and curriculum standards. Continuously update the plan based on user feedback, emerging educational trends, and technological advancements.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for the content team, providing insights into pedagogical approaches, instructional strategies, and subject-specific nuances. Offer guidance on how to translate complex concepts into engaging and understandable content.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the team lead to foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation. Facilitate regular meetings to discuss content progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of the content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives. Provide constructive feedback to content creators, helping them enhance the overall quality of the educational materials.
• Data Entry Oversight: Coordinate with the data entry team to ensure the accurate input of content into the app. Maintain a system for tracking progress and resolving any discrepancies that arise during the data entry process.
• Content Flow: Maintain an uninterrupted flow of subject content, identifying potential bottlenecks and addressing them proactively. Monitor content delivery timelines and take necessary actions to maintain a consistent schedule.
• User-Centric Approach: Keep the learner\'s perspective at the forefront, ensuring that the content is engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with the app\'s interface and functionalities.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about educational technology trends, instructional methodologies, and industry best practices. Use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in content development processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A B.ed in Science , or a related field.(Mandatory)
• Proven experience as an educator or subject matter expert in the relevant domain.
• 5 plus year teaching experience
• Immediate Joining

Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
