Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging physics lessons in accordance with the specific ICSE (grades 8-10) and ISC (grades 11-12) syllabi.
Laboratory Management:
Conduct and supervise hands-on experiments and practical classes in the laboratory to reinforce theoretical concepts and ensure a safe working environment.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Develop, administer, and grade assignments, worksheets, tests, and examinations. Assess, record, and report regularly on student development and progress.
Student Support:
Proactively motivate students, provide additional support for those needing extra help, and assist them with science projects and competitive exam preparation (e.g., IIT-JEE, NEET).
Communication:
Maintain open communication with parents during parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) and as needed to discuss student progress.
Collaboration and Professional Development:
Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience and stay current with advancements in physics education and new teaching methods.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a disciplined, engaging, and student-friendly classroom and laboratory environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor's & Master's degree in Physics or a related field, along with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) .
Experience:
Prior teaching experience, specifically with the ICSE/ISC or CBSE curriculum
