Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physics Teacher to teach students from Grades 6 to 8 following the ICSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will inspire curiosity, promote scientific thinking, and foster a love for learning through engaging and practical teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons as per the ICSE syllabus for Grades 6-8.

Develop lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the school's academic standards.

Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts.

Encourage inquiry-based learning and critical thinking among students.

Assess and evaluate students' academic progress through tests, assignments, and projects.

Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Support students in science fairs, exhibitions, and other co-curricular activities.

Collaborate with other teachers to integrate cross-disciplinary learning experiences.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physics or Science Education (B.Ed. preferred).

Prior teaching experience in an ICSE or similar curriculum (minimum 2-3 years preferred).

Strong knowledge of the ICSE syllabus and effective teaching methodologies.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to use technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment.

Passion for mentoring young learners and fostering a scientific mindset.
