Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging physics lessons according to the curriculum.
Teach fundamental and advanced physics concepts with clarity and real-life applications.
Create lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment materials.
Evaluate student performance through tests, quizzes, assignments, and practicals.
Provide individual support and academic guidance to students as needed.
Maintain discipline, classroom management, and a positive learning environment.
Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams, and school assessments.
Attend staff meetings, training programs, and parent-teacher meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Physics (B.Ed preferred).
Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills.
Experience in teaching physics at school or college level (preferred).
Should have atleast 2 years of teaching experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good classroom management and student-engagement skills.
Proficiency in using smart boards, digital tools, and online teaching platforms.
