Key Responsibilities

Teach Physics to students as per the HPBOSE curriculum. Design concept-based and interactive lesson plans using modern pedagogical tools and experiments. Prepare students for board exams, science olympiads, quizzes, and practical assessments. Conduct regular evaluations and provide timely feedback to students and parents. Maintain lesson documentation, practical files, grade records, and student performance reports. Foster a learning environment that promotes curiosity, discipline, and analytical thinking. Coordinate with other science and math faculty to promote interdisciplinary understanding. Encourage students to relate physics concepts to real-world phenomena and technological innovations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Master's Degree in Physics (M.Sc. Physics) from a recognized university. B.Sc (non-med) from a recognized university. Strong understanding of theoretical and practical aspects of Physics. Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

Ability to simplify complex concepts and ignite scientific curiosity in students. Experience in guiding students for science fairs, projects, and laboratory work. Willingness to contribute to the school's academic and co-curricular development initiatives.
