Position Overview: As a 9th and 10th 11th and 12th Grade CBSE and ICSE Board Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to students preparing for their board examinations. Your role is crucial in helping students excel academically and develop the skills and knowledge necessary for success in their chosen fields.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development:

Develop and update comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and resources aligned with the CBSE and ICSE board syllabi for 9th and 10th grades.

Ensure that the curriculum covers all required subjects and topics, including but not limited to mathematics, science, social studies, and languages.

2. Classroom Instruction:

Deliver engaging and interactive lessons using various teaching methodologies and tools to enhance student understanding.

Foster critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of subjects among students.

Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that encourages active participation and inquiry.

3. Assessment and Evaluation:

Design and administer regular assessments, examinations, and mock tests to assess student progress and readiness for board examinations.

Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents, outlining areas for improvement and strategies for enhancement.

4. Individualized Support:

Identify and address the unique learning needs of each student, offering additional support or enrichment activities as required.

Monitor student performance and develop personalized learning plans to maximize their potential.

5. Classroom Management:

Establish clear expectations for behavior and academic performance, maintaining discipline and a positive learning atmosphere.

Encourage collaborative learning and peer support among students.

6. Parent-Teacher Communication:

Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's academic progress and any concerns.

Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences as needed.

7. Professional Development:

Stay updated on the latest educational trends, pedagogical approaches, and curriculum changes for both CBSE and ICSE boards.

Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to continuously improve your teaching skills.

8. Administrative Tasks:

Keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance data.

Collaborate with colleagues, department heads, and school administration to align teaching strategies and curriculum.

Qualifications:

B-TECH OR M-TECH FROM NIT OR PG IN PHYSICS FROM RAPUTATED UNIVERSITY

Teaching certification is preferred.

Strong knowledge of the CBSE and ICSE board syllabi and examination patterns for 9th and 10th grades.

Previous teaching experience at the secondary level, especially with board examination preparation.

Effective classroom management skills and a passion for teaching.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using educational technology and resources for teaching.
