Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented part-time Physics/Chemistry Faculty to assist our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and the ability to deliver engaging classes while supporting students' conceptual understanding and exam readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging online and offline classes for Physics/Chemistry as per the CBSE syllabus

Prepare lesson plans, notes, worksheets, and presentations to enhance conceptual clarity

Ensure timely syllabus completion and academic progression

Design and conduct tests, mock exams, and evaluations, and maintain academic records

Provide individual guidance to students to improve understanding and performance

Track and update student attendance, performance, and progress reports

Communicate effectively with parents and the academic team regarding student development

Maintain punctuality, discipline, and timely submission of reports and assigned tasks

Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, and institutional programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the respective subject (Physics/Chemistry)

0-2 years of teaching experience (freshers are welcome)

Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and board exam patterns

Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills

Ability to use digital tools and prepare academic content (PPTs, worksheets, etc.)

High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and dedication toward assigned duties

Preferred Skills:

Strong command of English and ability to teach using English as the primary medium

Proficiency in MS Office

Experience in curriculum design and academic content creation

Ability to balance both academic and administrative responsibilities efficiently

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
