About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and innovative

Physics & STEAM Teacher

to join our team at

AeroBay

. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in teaching the

IB Curriculum

for Grades

8-10

and a strong interest in integrating

STEAM-based learning

into classroom teaching.

The teacher will also play a key role in delivering and embedding the

AeroBay STEAM Programme

, ensuring students gain both academic excellence and practical exposure to

Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics

.

Key Responsibilities

Teach

IB Physics curriculum

to students of Grades

8, 9, and 10

. Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that integrate

AeroBay STEAM Programme

modules. Foster inquiry-based and experiential learning aligned with

IB pedagogy

. Create an interactive and supportive classroom environment that encourages

critical thinking, problem-solving, and curiosity

. Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and projects. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate

interdisciplinary projects

and hands-on learning experiences. Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic performance and development. Stay updated with current educational methodologies,

IB standards

, and

STEAM best practices

. Participate in

school events, workshops, and teacher training programs

.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree

in

Physics, Education, or a related field

.

Minimum 3-4 years of teaching experience

(preferably in

IB schools

).

IB-trained or experienced

teacher strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of

IB MYP/DP Physics curriculum

(Grades

8-10

level). Experience in implementing

STEAM-based teaching methodologies

. Excellent

classroom management

and

communication skills

. Ability to inspire and motivate students through

innovative and practical learning

.

Collaborative mindset

and openness to integrating new teaching tools and technologies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
