roles and responsibilities

1. Academic Instruction



Curriculum Delivery:

Teach physics concepts aligned with the syllabus (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, State Board).

Conceptual Clarity:

Simplify complex topics (like mechanics, electromagnetism, optics, etc.) to ensure student understanding.

Practical Demonstration:

Conduct and supervise laboratory experiments to reinforce theoretical knowledge.

Use of Teaching Aids:

Employ models, simulations, diagrams, and digital tools for effective teaching.

2. Lesson Planning & Preparation



Syllabus Breakdown:

Create a year-long plan dividing the syllabus into manageable units.

Lesson Plans:

Develop detailed lesson plans with objectives, materials needed, and assessment methods.

Resource Development:

Prepare notes, presentations, assignments, and quizzes.
