Responsibilities

Teaching and Facilitation

: Conducts laboratory sessions for undergraduate students. Demonstrates laboratory techniques, procedures, and equipment use. Provides guidance and support to students during experiments and projects. Assists in explaining complex concepts introduced during lectures.

Lab Management and Preparation

: Organizes and prepares laboratory environments, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are ready for use. Maintains laboratory equipment, performs preventive maintenance, and arranges for repairs. Manages and inventories lab supplies and glassware.

Safety and Compliance

: Enforces strict safety rules and procedures to ensure a secure learning environment. Ensures that experiments are conducted safely and ethically.

Assessment and Feedback

: Grades lab reports and other practical assignments. Assesses student performance and progress in the lab. Provides feedback to students on their practical competencies.
