Role Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and committed

Physics Faculty

to join our team in Kolkata (Hazra). The candidate must have strong subject knowledge, a passion for teaching, and the ability to deliver lessons with clarity and care. The faculty member will also be required to travel to our centers in

North Bengal

(such as

Malda, Cooch Behar

)

at least twice a month

, with all travel expenses reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach

Physics

to Foundation-level students (Classes VIII-X) with a focus on conceptual clarity and real-life application. Ensure

every student fully understands

the topics covered through engaging lessons, doubt-clearing sessions, and regular assessments. Prepare high-quality study materials, practice questions, and tests as per the institute's academic plan. Regularly monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Collaborate with academic coordinators and other faculty members for continuous improvement of teaching quality.

Travel to North Bengal (Malda, Coochbehar)

at least

twice a month

for conducting classes, workshops, or student sessions. Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive learning environment in the classroom..

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Qualification:

M.Sc. in Physics (minimum requirement).

Experience:

Minimum

2 years of teaching experience

in Physics at the school or coaching level (Foundation or Competitive segment preferred). Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners. Willingness to travel and adapt to diverse classroom environments.
