Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality academic sessions for NEET, IIT-JEE (Mains & Advanced), and Foundation programs.
Clarify doubts and mentor students to excel in competitive examinations.
Monitor student progress and provide individual academic support where needed.
Participate in academic planning, parent meetings, and faculty development programs.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure an engaging learning environment.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
Familiarity with NEET/JEE syllabus and exam pattern.
Experience in coaching institutions or CBSE senior secondary level is an advantage.
Ability to engage and motivate students across different learning levels.
