3-10+ Years (JEE & NEET coaching preferred)

We are looking for a

highly experienced and result-oriented Physics Faculty

for

IIT JEE (Main & Advanced)

and

NEET

preparation. The ideal candidate must be an

IIT graduate

with a strong conceptual foundation and proven experience in teaching both

JEE and NEET aspirants

.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach

Physics

for

IIT JEE (Main & Advanced)

and

NEET

Deliver

concept-based, application-oriented, and problem-solving lectures

Cover Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electromagnetism, Optics, Modern Physics, etc. Focus on

NCERT alignment for NEET

and

advanced problem-solving for JEE

Prepare and discuss

MCQs, numericals, PYQs, and test papers

Conduct doubt-solving, revision, and crash sessions Mentor students on exam strategy, accuracy, and time management Monitor student performance and provide individual academic guidance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Tech / M.Tech from IIT

(Mandatory) Strong command over

Physics syllabus for both JEE & NEET

Excellent teaching, explanation, and classroom management skills Proven experience in

IIT JEE & NEET coaching

Ability to handle mixed-level batches effectively Student-centric, result-oriented approach

Preferred Skills:

Experience in

offline and online teaching

Ability to create

study material, notes, worksheets, and MCQs

Familiarity with digital teaching tools and LMS platforms Strong mentoring and motivational skills
