We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physics Faculty member to join our esteemed institution. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Science education. Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching Excellence: Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials to students preparing for competitive examinations in the field of Science.
- Curriculum Development: Assist in the development and enhancement of the curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and competitive.
- Student Engagement: Create an interactive and stimulating learning environment to keep students motivated and engaged.
- Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and devise strategies for improvement.
- Mentorship: Act as a mentor to students, guiding them not only in academics but also in their career aspirations.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the field of Science education and competitive exams.
- A Bachelor\'s degree or higher in a relevant Science discipline.
- Proficiency in Hindi (Fluent) and basic English.
- Effective communication skills to engage with students and colleagues.
- Strong passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic educational environment.
