Sri Edu Foundation is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable

Physics Faculty

member to handle

Grade 11 and 12 classes

as per the

Karnataka State Board curriculum

. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Physics to Grade 11 & 12 students following the Karnataka State Board syllabus. Prepare and deliver effective lessons, demonstrations, and lab sessions. Design and conduct class tests, assignments, and exams to evaluate student performance. Clarify students' doubts and provide academic support as needed. Maintain academic records and track students' progress. Engage in curriculum planning, staff meetings, and parent interactions. Create an interactive and disciplined classroom environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or related field. B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory for freshers. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of State Board syllabus and exam format. Willingness to join immediately. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to explain complex Physics concepts in a simple and engaging way. Familiarity with laboratory equipment and practical sessions. Basic digital skills for online or hybrid teaching if needed. Enthusiastic and student-focused approach.
