The Physics Faculty is responsible for delivering engaging and concept-driven Physics lessons, ensuring strong fundamentals and problem-solving skills among students. The faculty will also handle test preparation, doubt sessions, practical understanding, and student performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities1. Classroom Teaching
Teach Physics to classes (6-10 / 11-12 / JEE / NEET / Competitive Exams) as per the timetable.
Explain concepts with clarity, real-life examples, demonstrations, and visual aids.
Focus on numerical solving, derivations, and application-based learning.
2. Academic Work
Prepare detailed lesson plans, chapter plans, and session flow.
Create daily class tests, weekly tests, worksheets, and problem-solving sheets.
Evaluate answer sheets and share timely feedback.
3. Student Support
Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions.
Identify weak students and take remedial/scoring improvement sessions.
Ensure discipline, motivation, and conceptual clarity.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with Academic Head for timely syllabus completion.
Maintain student performance records and submit reports on time.
Attend staff meetings, orientation programs, and academic training.
5. Additional Responsibilities
Support in developing digital/printed content when needed.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings.
Suggest improvements in teaching methods, test patterns, and academic processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics / Engineering (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech., M.Tech).
Prior teaching experience preferred (school/coaching).
Strong command of concepts from basic to advanced levels.

Basic computer skills (for test uploading, performance tracking, etc.).
