Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Physics teacher to handle Grade 11 and 12 students preparing for JEE Mains and Intermediate board exams. The candidate must have strong subject command, the ability to teach conceptually, and a passion for guiding students through competitive exam preparation. --- Key Responsibilities: Teach Physics for JEE Mains and Intermediate Board syllabus (both 1st and 2nd year). Prepare and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons that build strong fundamentals. Conduct regular assessments, chapter-wise tests, and mock exams. Clarify doubts through interactive doubt-clearing sessions. Create quality study material, notes, and assignments for student use. Track student performance and provide timely feedback and support. Help students with problem-solving techniques and shortcut methods relevant to JEE. Maintain discipline and a motivating classroom environment. Coordinate with other faculty and management for academic planning and improvement. --- Eligibility & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physics / Engineering (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech, or M.Tech). 2+ years of experience teaching Physics for JEE Mains (mandatory). Good knowledge of NTA JEE exam pattern and PYQs (Previous Year Questions). Fluency in English (Telugu/Hindi also preferred for better communication). --- Desired Skills: Strong explanation and conceptual clarity. Ability to make complex concepts simple and relatable. Excellent classroom control and communication. Passion for teaching and mentoring. Familiarity with digital tools like smartboards or online teaching platforms is a plus. --- Salary: Attractive and competitive, based on qualifications and experience

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
