Job Responsibilities - Physics Faculty (NEET & JEE)1. Classroom Teaching

Teach Physics to students of

Class 11, Class 12, NEET, and JEE

batches. Deliver engaging, concept-based, and exam-focused lectures. Use board teaching, digital tools, and problem-solving sessions effectively.

2. Syllabus Planning & Execution

Prepare and complete the full Physics syllabus as per

NEET & JEE

patterns. Divide the syllabus into monthly, weekly, and daily teaching plans.

3. Doubt Clearing

Conduct regular

doubt sessions

, both individual and group. Ensure every student's conceptual clarity.

4. Test Preparation & Evaluation

Help design and review

chapter tests, unit tests, part tests, and full tests

. Analyze test results and guide students for improvement.

5. Study Material Development

Prepare high-quality

notes, assignments, worksheets

, and

MCQ practice

material. Update content as per latest NEET/JEE exam trends.

6. Student Performance Tracking

Monitor students' progress and maintain performance records. Identify weak students and provide

extra support classes

.

7. Classroom Management

Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment. Motivate students to stay focused and consistent.

8. Academic Meetings

Attend academic planning meetings with the team. Coordinate with other subject faculties for batch progress.

9. Parent Communication

Participate in

PTMs

and update parents about their child's academic performance.

10. Professional Conduct

Be punctual, responsible, and maintain institute discipline. Follow all academic policies and guidelines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
