Deliver concept-based, activity-oriented, and application-focused lessons.
Ensure syllabus completion within the academic schedule.
2. Classroom & Lab Management
Maintain discipline and create an inclusive, motivating classroom atmosphere.
Ensure safe, structured usage of laboratory equipment during practical sessions.
Encourage hands-on experiments, problem-solving, and inquiry-based learning.
Monitor student participation and engagement consistently.
3. Assessment & Evaluation
Prepare question papers, worksheets, assignments, and lab records.
Conduct periodic assessments as per school and board guidelines.
Evaluate answer scripts, maintain grade sheets, and provide timely feedback.
Support students in science projects, exhibitions, and Olympiads.
4. Student Support & Development
Provide remedial classes for slow learners and enrichment activities for advanced learners.
Encourage scientific thinking, analytical skills, and logical reasoning.
Guide students on practical applications, real-world examples, and exam techniques.
Promote awareness of current scientific developments.
5. Administrative & School Responsibilities
Maintain lesson logs, student records, and assessment data.
Attend staff meetings, departmental reviews, PTMs, and training programs.
Assist in school events, science fairs, competitions, and exam duties.
Coordinate with academic coordinators and follow school policies.
6. Compliance & Professional Ethics
