Key Responsibilities

Academic Responsibilities

Teach Physics/Chemistry as per

CBSE curriculum and guidelines

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with learning outcomes Ensure strong conceptual clarity through practical examples and real-life applications Prepare students for

school examinations, board exams, and competitive readiness

Conduct assessments, assignments, unit tests, and practical evaluations Maintain accurate academic records, grades, and student progress reports

Technology Integration

Use

smart boards, digital content, presentations, simulations, and online platforms

for effective teaching Incorporate

ICT tools, virtual labs, and e-learning resources

into daily instruction Adapt teaching strategies for

blended or digital learning environments

Stay updated with new educational technologies and CBSE digital initiatives

Student Development

Identify individual learning needs and provide academic support or remedial classes Encourage analytical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific temperament Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment Guide students in projects, experiments, and practical work

Professional Responsibilities

Participate in academic planning, curriculum reviews, and staff meetings Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary learning Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress Engage in continuous professional development and CBSE training programs Uphold school policies, values, and professional ethics
Eligibility & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Physics/Chemistry

(B.Ed preferred) Experience teaching

CBSE curriculum
