As the Vice President of Engineering, we are looking for a key leader who will be responsible for driving the technology strategy, innovation, and execution within our Healthcare-focused technology company. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge solutions, ensuring the highest standards of quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

1. Technology Leadership: Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the engineering teams.

Drive the development and execution of the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives. 2. Innovation and Product Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and develop new products or enhance existing ones.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes. 3. Team Management:

Build and lead a high-performing engineering team.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth. 4. Quality Assurance:

Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions.

Implement and maintain best practices in software development and quality assurance. 5. Resource Management:

Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Work closely with HR for talent acquisition, development, and retention. 6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, such as Product Management, Support and Operations, to align technology initiatives with overall business goals.

7. Financial Management:

Develop and manage the engineering budget, ensuring effective utilization of resources.

Provide regular reporting on financial performance and key metrics.
