:

Teaching & Instruction:

Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in various subjects of the Physician Assistant curriculum, including but not limited to anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, pathology, clinical skills, patient assessment, medical ethics, and more. Ensure the effective use of teaching materials, including digital resources and case studies, to facilitate interactive learning. Provide hands-on training and guidance in clinical skills labs.

Curriculum Development:

Assist in the design and updating of the Physician Assistant curriculum to ensure that it meets current healthcare standards and trends. Contribute to the development of study materials, assessments, and evaluation tools.

Student Support:

Offer academic support to students through one-on-one tutoring, mentoring, and guidance for assignments, projects, and exams. Address students' questions and provide constructive feedback to enhance their understanding of the course material. Conduct regular assessments and provide timely, effective feedback to students.

Clinical Training:

Participate in the coordination of clinical training and placements, ensuring that students gain the necessary exposure to various medical settings. Act as a mentor and guide students during their clinical rotations, assisting with patient assessments and procedures.

Professional Development:

Stay current with medical advancements and trends in healthcare education to improve teaching practices continually. Attend faculty development workshops and participate in research activities related to the Physician Assistant profession.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain student records, grading, and other academic documentation as required. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the growth and improvement of the PA program. Collaborate with other faculty members and departments to improve the overall quality of education.
