As a

Physician Assistant

, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed physicians. Your responsibilities will encompass both clinical and administrative tasks to ensure efficient healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Conduct patient assessments, record medical histories, and perform physical examinations.

Diagnostic Support:

Interpret diagnostic tests and assist in formulating treatment plans.

Medical Procedures:

Assist physicians during surgeries and other medical procedures.

Medication Management:

Administer medications and manage prescriptions as directed by supervising physicians.

Emergency Response:

Provide immediate care in medical emergencies and assist in resuscitation efforts.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Collaboration:

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Education:

Counsel patients on health maintenance and disease prevention

Qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field from a recognized institution.

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are preferred.

Experience:

Prior experience in departments like Orthopedics, Cardiology, or Emergency Medicine is advantageous but not mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

Clinical Proficiency:

Strong understanding of medical procedures and patient care protocols.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using EHR systems and basic computer applications.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.

Teamwork:

Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.
