Assist doctors in examining, diagnosing, and treating patients across OPD, IPD, and emergency departments.
Record complete and accurate patient histories, physical examinations, and progress notes.
Prescribe or recommend diagnostic tests such as blood work, X-rays, or scans as directed by the physician.
Provide patient education and counseling regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
Support in performing minor procedures or surgical assistance under supervision.
Prepare discharge summaries, prescriptions, and follow-up instructions.
Monitor and document patient progress and report any clinical changes to the attending physician.
Ensure adherence to NABH and hospital policies regarding patient safety, documentation, and infection control.
Collaborate with nursing staff and allied health professionals for coordinated patient care.
Participate in rounds, case discussions, and continuing medical education (CME) programs.
