Job roles and responsibilities

? To recognize the need of the patients and care givers.

? Should have a good communication, interpersonal and management skill.

? To offer emotional support, personal assistance, medical attention or other personal care to patients or colleagues.

? To supervise care, including intervention, reviews and care plans.

? To supervise and ensure discharge of patients from hospital to home or another facility as informed.

? Should enable support to family members in dealing with and understanding the needs of the patients.

? Should prepare treatment plans in compliance with changes in the status of the patient.

? To examine and obtain information from all applicable references about the patient.

? Should establish practical and friendly relationship with patients and their family members.

? Should manage grievance, rectify disputes and resolve grievance whenever necessary.

? Should give quality counseling to patients and assist them in recovering from illness

? Should supervise, evaluate and make records of patient's progress in line with standard goals as illustrated by organization rules.

? Should offer support and guidance whenever needed.

? Should report duty on time as instructed by the higher authority.

? Should report on daily basis to their higher authorities about the progress of the patients listed to them.

? Should assist in maintaining department documents and manuals for audit purpose.

? Should attend all meetings and training programmes conducted by the department without fail.

? Should abide organization rules, regulations, policies and procedures. In case of any discrepancies necessary actions will be taken by the management.

? Should follow leave procedure strictly and inform higher authority for authorized leave before availing them.

? Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
