Job Description
1. To take detailed medical Define standard precautions and aseptic techniques and adhere to the same.
2. Documentations - Pre of checklist.
3. Physiologically monitors and documents patient responses, including physical symptoms.
4. Behavioral changes, intake and output.
5. Clinical follow up/documentation of transplant recipients during OP visit
6. Clinical documentation and renal transplant work up-both donor and recipient
7. Renal transplant workup.
8. Co-ordinate for investigation/procedure of IP patients as advised by consultant.
9. Conducts word rounds for IP patients along with nephrology consultant.
10. Clinical co-ordination during cadaver transplant call.
11. On call duties.
