Assist in patient evaluation and transplant work-up as per transplant protocols
Coordinate investigations, consultations, and multidisciplinary meetings
Counsel patients and families regarding transplant processes and care plans
Maintain transplant documentation and waiting-list records
Peri-Operative & Post-Transplant Care:
Assist in peri-operative patient management and monitoring
Conduct daily patient rounds and document clinical progress
Monitor vitals, labs, and imaging; report abnormalities to consultants
Assist in medication management, including immunosuppressive therapy
Support post-transplant follow-up, discharge planning, and education
Coordination & Compliance:
Coordinate with ICU, OT, nursing, pharmacy, and transplant coordinators
Ensure adherence to transplant guidelines, protocols, and infection control standards
Maintain accurate medical records and transplant registry data
Support audits, accreditation (NABH), and regulatory requirements
Eligibility / Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant / Allied Health Sciences
Mandatory registration with relevant Paramedical / State Council
1-3 years of experience in hepatology, transplant, or critical care preferred
Freshers with strong clinical exposure may be considered
