Urgent Requirement for Physician Assistant ( CVTS).

Experience Required : 4 to 15 Years.

Location : Mumbai ( Andheri)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

A professional approach must be adapted with all patients, staff and visitors. To provide medical cover, routine and emergency, during hours of duty and work in conjunction with the other specialties to serve the institute. Follow all Clinical safety, hygiene, infection control protocols to be adhered to (eg wearing gloves when required, aprons, hand hygiene, Changing of Scrubs in and out of OT/ ICU area, etc) They can order and interpret investigation test. Provide instructions and guidance regarding medical care matters to patients. Physician Assistant may work in any setting that is within the scope of his or her supervising physician's/Surgeon's practice They May perform the drawing of arterial, venous or peripheral blood and the routine examination of the blood, Pre and post-op care, and assist in surgeries, Wound debridement Removal of sutures. Physician Assistant may not perform any procedure but can assist in surgeries. Effective communication with patients, family, colleagues and other health care workers. Consults with the patient's medical history and current health status. Preparing the heart-lung machine and other critical equipment necessary for the particular operation and verifies its functionality. Continuously monitoring patient status to control the rate of blood circulation, hemodynamic, temperature, blood composition and other monitoring devices. Directs and carries out any pharmacological and blood transfusion intervention. Maintain close communication with the surgical team to inform them of the patient's condition throughout the procedure. Training the certification programs, conduct research or work for perfusion equipment manufacturers.
