The Physical Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving offline brand visibility and student lead generation for Overseas Admit (Study Abroad) and Admit IELTS (IELTS/PTE/DET Coaching) through on-ground marketing activities such as school/college visits, education fairs, events, poster campaigns, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Promotion & Visibility
Distribute brochures, flyers, posters at tuition hubs, colleges, coaching centres.
Set up banners/stands in high-footfall student areas.
Represent the brand in education fairs and local events (e.g., Mela, career expos).
Lead Generation & Student Engagement
Collect student inquiries via forms, QR codes, WhatsApp groups.
Interact with students and parents to create awareness about IELTS coaching & study abroad services.
Achieve weekly lead targets (2-3 verified leads/week).
Event Coordination
Organize and support free IELTS demo classes, seminars, and school/college tie-ups.
Work with trainers and counsellors to ensure good student turnout.
