Physical Marketing Executive



Location: Dehradun (Field-based)



Department: Marketing & Outreach



Reporting to: CEO / Marketing Head



Role Overview

The Physical Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving offline brand visibility and student lead generation for Overseas Admit (Study Abroad) and Admit IELTS (IELTS/PTE/DET Coaching) through on-ground marketing activities such as school/college visits, education fairs, events, poster campaigns, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities



Brand Promotion & Visibility

Distribute brochures, flyers, posters at tuition hubs, colleges, coaching centres.

Set up banners/stands in high-footfall student areas.

Represent the brand in education fairs and local events (e.g., Mela, career expos).

Lead Generation & Student Engagement

Collect student inquiries via forms, QR codes, WhatsApp groups.

Interact with students and parents to create awareness about IELTS coaching & study abroad services.

Achieve weekly lead targets (2-3 verified leads/week).

Event Coordination

Organize and support free IELTS demo classes, seminars, and school/college tie-ups.

Work with trainers and counsellors to ensure good student turnout.

Reporting & Accountability

Submit daily/weekly activity reports (location covered, leads collected).

Maintain accurate records of leads generated offline and handover to the admissions counsellor.

Track ROI of campaigns with marketing team.



KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

10-12 qualified leads per month from physical outreach.

Minimum 20+ student interactions per week.

Attendance of 50+ students per month across seminars, fairs, and workshops.

Requirements



Minimum 1-2 years' experience in field marketing, sales, or student outreach (preferably in education/edtech/coaching sector).

Strong communication & persuasion skills (English + Hindi).

Energetic, outgoing personality with confidence to engage students/parents.

Ability to travel locally and UP West (colleges, schools, tuition centres).

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets for reporting.
