excellent communication and coordination skills

Must have 8-10 years of relevant experience in school sports management.
Manage the PET team and ensure smooth conduct of sports periods.
Organize Sports Day, inter-house and inter-school competitions.
Maintain sports equipment and ensure safety on the ground.
Train students for various sports and identify talented players.
Coordinate with school management and submit regular reports.
Ensure discipline, fitness, and active participation of students.
