Role Summary:
A reputed school in Sangrama (Sopore) is looking for a dedicated Physical Education Teacher (PET) to lead sports activities, physical fitness programs, and school-level competitions. The role requires an energetic, disciplined, and student-friendly PE professional capable of motivating students and maintaining a healthy sporting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily PE classes for various grade levels.
Train students in drills, sports, games, and fitness activities.
Prepare students for inter-school competitions and events.
Plan sports curriculum and maintain discipline during activities.
Ensure safety and well-being of students during physical training.
Manage playground equipment and maintain sports records.
Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness culture.
Requirements:
B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed (mandatory).
Prior experience as PET in a school preferred.
Strong command over major sports & physical training techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and class management skills.
