Job Description

The Physical Education Teacher will be responsible for developing students' physical fitness, sportsmanship, and teamwork through structured activities, games, and sports. The role involves designing age-appropriate PE curricula, teaching various sports, and fostering students' motor skills and overall well-being. Additionally, the teacher will organize intra-school and inter-school competitions, train school sports teams, and oversee annual sports events. Ensuring students' safety during activities, maintaining sports equipment, and collaborating with staff to integrate physical education with academics are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should hold a B.P.Ed or M.P.Ed degree, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and have a passion for promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. Prior experience in teaching or coaching is preferred, and certifications in first-aid or specialized sports training will be an added advantage.
