Qualifications & Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) Master's Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed) - preferred for higher institutions*

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Training

Conduct regular Physical Education classes as per curriculum and timetable Teach rules, techniques, and strategies of various indoor and outdoor games Train students for inter-school/inter-collegiate/university-level sports events Ensure inclusive participation of all students

Sports & Activities Management

Organize annual sports day, athletic meets, yoga sessions, and fitness programs Identify and nurture sports talent among students Maintain discipline and sportsmanship during activities Coordinate sports teams, coaching camps, and tournaments

Fitness & Health Promotion

Promote physical fitness, wellness, yoga, and healthy lifestyle habits Monitor students' physical development and fitness levels Ensure warm-up, safety, and injury-prevention practices

Facilities & Equipment

Maintain sports equipment, grounds, gymnasium, and playfields Ensure proper storage and safe usage of sports materials Report requirements for purchase and maintenance

Administrative Duties

Maintain attendance, performance records, and sports achievements Prepare reports related to sports activities and competitions Assist in institutional committees related to sports and student welfare

Safety & Discipline

Ensure safety standards and first-aid readiness during sports activities Enforce discipline and ethical conduct during training and competitions

(where applicable) Valid sports certificates or coaching credentials will be an advantage

Pay: ₹12,035.14 - ₹29,196.73 per month

Work Location: In person
