Coach Overview
We are looking for energetic and experienced individuals who have a passion for sports and are eager to build a career in the fitness and recreation industry. As a Physical Education Coach, you will lead cricket coaching sessions and assist in swimming and other multi-sport activities, while contributing to the overall development of participants. This role is ideal for individuals who are disciplined, punctual, committed, and enjoy working with people in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Leadership
? Lead cricket coaching sessions for children and adults across various skill levels.
? Develop structured training plans, skill drills, and progressive lesson content for cricket.
? Assist senior swimming coaches during swimming sessions and support technique development.
? Support multi-sport activities such as football, basketball, and general fitness sessions.
? Set up and pack away all equipment before and after sessions.

Safety & Facility Care
? Maintain a safe, organized, and well-supervised environment for participants.
? Assist with pool supervision and basic lifeguarding duties (training can be provided).
? Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational standards are followed consistently. Operations & Member Interaction
? Greet guests, manage attendance, and assist with basic reception duties.
? Provide friendly and professional assistance to members, parents, and visitors.
? Support daily facility operations, preparation, and maintenance.

Qualifications ? Experience in cricket coaching is required.
? Basic swimming ability preferred (training can be provided).
? Coaching or sports certifications are an added advantage.

Working Schedule
? Monday to Sunday, with one weekly day off on a rotational basis.
? Timings depend on class and operational requirements.

Reports To Centre Manager / Operations Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
