Job Title: Physical Design Manager



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Design Manager to join our team. As a Physical Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the physical design of integrated circuits, ensuring that they meet performance, power, and area requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of projects and deliver high-quality designs on time.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of physical design engineers in the development and implementation of physical design methodologies Collaborate with design, verification, and implementation teams to optimize designs for performance, power, and area Drive the physical design flow from RTL to GDSII, ensuring design closure and sign-off Perform floorplanning, power grid design, placement, clock tree synthesis, routing, and physical verification Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members Stay current on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement


Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 10+ years of experience in physical design of integrated circuits Proficiency in industry-standard EDA tools for physical design and verification Strong understanding of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
