:

As a WordPress Developer at IIH Global, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of custom WordPress websites and web applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes, plugins, and websites based on client requirements. Collaborate with designers and other team members to create visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress websites, including performance issues, bugs, and compatibility problems. Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and services into WordPress websites. Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness. Maintain and update WordPress core, themes, and plugins regularly to ensure security and performance. Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity. Test websites across different browsers and devices to ensure compatibility. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients as needed. Stay up to date with the latest WordPress trends, best practices, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2-5 years of professional experience in WordPress development. Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience working with WordPress theme and plugin development. Proficiency with WordPress page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or similar. Familiarity with version control systems (Git). Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Knowledge of SEO best practices for WordPress websites. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
