Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize

WordPress themes and plugins

. Work with WordPress architecture (

Themes, Plugins, Widgets, Hooks, Filters, CPTs, Taxonomies

). Build themes from scratch and perform

child theme customization

. Implement

ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)

and custom meta boxes. Develop responsive front-end designs using

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap/Tailwind

. Work with

page builders

like Elementor, WPBakery, etc. Perform back-end development with

PHP and MySQL

, including REST API integrations. Write optimized SQL queries and manage database structures. Implement

security best practices

(XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection protection). Optimize performance (caching, minification, image optimization). Manage version control using

Git/GitHub

. Handle

WordPress migration

(Local ? Server, Server ? Server). Manage hosting,

cPanel, FTP, DNS, SSL setup

. Work with

managed hosting platforms

(Kinsta, WP Engine, SiteGround, etc.).

Requirements

Strong knowledge of

PHP and WordPress ecosystem

. Proven experience in

WordPress theme & plugin development

. Solid front-end development skills (

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

). Knowledge of

responsive frameworks

(Bootstrap/Tailwind). Experience with

WordPress REST API

and MySQL. Understanding of

security & performance optimization

. Familiarity with

Git/GitHub workflows

. Experience with hosting environments and server setups.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
