We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated PHP Team Lead with 5+ Years of an experience to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of PHP developers, overseeing the development of web applications, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of PHP technologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team, manage project delivery, and ensure code quality. Strong expertise in

Laravel, PHP, MySQL, REST APIs, MVC architecture

. Solid experience in

front-end frameworks (React/Next.js/Angular), HTML, CSS, JavaScript

. Proficient with

Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud (AWS/Azure), and performance optimization

. Good understanding of

OOP, design patterns, and scalable architecture

. Excellent

leadership, problem-solving, and communication

skills.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in PHP development. At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate a team and ensure high morale. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
