Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated PHP Laravel Developer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will contribute to impactful projects, improve web application performance, and help manage company servers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

Web Application Development:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using the PHP Laravel framework. Ensure that applications meet both technical and business requirements while adhering to coding best practices.

Code Optimization & Maintenance:

Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code that ensures optimal performance, security, and scalability across various environments.

Performance Tuning:

Analyze and optimize application performance, addressing potential bottlenecks and ensuring high efficiency under heavy load conditions.

Database Management:

Manage MySQL databases effectively, including query optimization and data storage strategies, to support web application performance.

API Development:

Design and develop RESTful APIs that facilitate seamless communication between internal and external systems, improving overall application interoperability.

Server Management:

Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of company servers (Apache, Nginx) to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

Version Control & Collaboration:

Use Git for version control to ensure smooth collaboration, code integration, and quality assurance during development.

Security Best Practices:

Implement industry-leading security practices throughout the development lifecycle to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Code Reviews & Collaboration:

Participate in collaborative code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, maintain high code quality, and enhance the development process.

Documentation:

Maintain clear and organized documentation for code, processes, and system configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and smooth team collaboration.

Client Interaction:

Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide status updates, ensuring deliverables align with expectations.

Troubleshooting & Support:

Actively troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring systems run smoothly and meet user needs.

Key Requirements:

Expertise in PHP & Laravel:

Proficient in PHP and experienced in the Laravel framework, with a proven track record of developing, deploying, and maintaining web applications.

Database Management:

Strong understanding of MySQL and experience with database design, query optimization, and maintaining efficient data storage.

MVC Architecture:

In-depth knowledge of the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, allowing for the creation of modular, scalable, and maintainable web applications.

Web Server Management:

Solid experience managing web servers such as Apache or Nginx, ensuring their optimal configuration, performance, and security.

Front-End Collaboration:

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate with front-end teams and develop dynamic and responsive web applications.

Version Control:

Strong experience using Git for version control in a collaborative team environment.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve development and production issues quickly and efficiently.

Continuous Learning:

A strong passion for learning and staying updated with the latest trends, technologies, and tools in web development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced development environment with a focus on delivering quality results on time. Prior exposure to modern PHP frameworks, especially Laravel, in a professional setting.
