PHP frameworks -- especially Laravel

-- and is equally confident working on the

WordPress backend

What You'll Work On

Building and scaling Laravel-based applications Customizing WordPress backend (CPTs, hooks, plugins, APIs) Writing clean, secure, no-nonsense code Debugging issues and optimizing performance Creating & integrating REST APIs Collaborating with product, design, and frontend teams Participating in code reviews and following best practices

Must-Have Skills

4+ years of hands-on PHP development Strong experience with

Laravel (v8 or newer)

Solid knowledge of

WordPress backend

MySQL experience + query optimization Git/version control Good understanding of REST APIs & security Basic frontend understanding (HTML, CSS, JS)

Nice-to-Haves

Docker AWS / DigitalOcean / cloud server handling CI/CD exposure Knowledge of scalable architecture
