Job Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the

Laravel

framework Develop and integrate

RESTful APIs

for web and mobile applications Work on database schema design, migrations, and data modeling using

MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

Write clean, modular, object-oriented PHP code following

OOP

and

MVC

architectural patterns. Implement unit tests and ensure code quality using PHPUnit or similar Use

Git

for version control: manage branches, pull requests, and code reviews Optimize application performance (caching, query tuning, database optimization) Troubleshoot and debug issues; maintain high standards for security and data protection Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate UI components Participate in planning, estimation, and code review sessions Contribute to continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD)where applicable

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum 4 years

of professional experience in PHP development using Laravel Strong understanding of

OOP concepts

and

MVC architecture

Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (

MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

) Proven experience designing and consuming

RESTful APIs

Proficient with

Git

and version control workflows Experience writing

unit tests

(PHPUnit or Laravel testing tools) Good problem-solving skills and debugging experience Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

Familiarity with Laravel ecosystem tools (Queues, Events, Scheduler, etc.) Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, broadcasting) Knowledge of DevOps tools: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Experience with front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, etc.) Understanding of security best practices (authentication, authorization, encryption)
