custom in-house CRM

to streamline client management, project workflows, and sales operations. We are looking for a

skilled PHP Laravel Developer

who can take ownership of this project and contribute to developing a robust, scalable, and efficient system tailored to our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain our

in-house CRM application

using

PHP Laravel

. Work closely with management and internal teams to understand workflow and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Create scalable database structures (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ensure secure data management. Develop

user roles, dashboards, lead management, sales pipeline, task tracking, and reporting modules

. Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., email, payment, WhatsApp, SMS). Ensure system

security, scalability, and high performance

. Handle

testing, debugging, and documentation

of the CRM. Provide ongoing support, updates, and improvements as the system evolves. Collaborate with designers and front-end developers for a seamless UI/UX.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

PHP & Laravel framework

. Strong knowledge of

MVC architecture, OOP, and design patterns

. Proficiency in

MySQL/PostgreSQL database design & optimization

. Hands-on experience with

JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3

. Experience in

CRM/ERP development

will be a strong plus. Familiarity with

RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party service integration

. Good understanding of

security practices (authentication, authorization, data protection)

. Version control experience with

Git

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in

Vue.js/React

for building interactive dashboards. Knowledge of

Docker, AWS, or cloud deployment environments

. Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum methodology

. Prior experience developing

custom CRM or ERP applications
