We are seeking an experienced and self-reliant PHP Laravel Developer to join our dynamic team. As a PHP Laravel Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and be capable of handling projects independently. This position requires working from our office location with flexible working hours. Responsibilities: - Manage and lead projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives - Develop project plans, including defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines - Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success - Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that may arise - Conduct regular project status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders - Evaluate project performance and implement necessary improvements Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in PHP Laravel. - Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to work independently - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in project management software and tools - Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Willingness to work from the office with flexible working hours Note: This position is not suitable for freshers. Only candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience will be considered.
