• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless operations.
• Configure and manage network setups, maintaining secure and efficient communication channels.
• Oversee database management tasks, including backups, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Perform regular system administration tasks, including updates, patches, and performance monitoring.
• Provide exceptional customer support, addressing technical queries and providing solutions promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to address tech-related challenges and improve service delivery.
• Maintain thorough documentation of IT processes and procedures for future reference and training.
