Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize

Symfony-based microservices

and internal APIs. Build clean, reusable, and maintainable

API endpoints

using best practices. Work with

Doctrine ORM

,

Symfony Messenger

,

Event-driven architecture

, and

Service-oriented design

. Integrate third-party services & internal systems using REST, OAuth2, JWT, and Webhooks. Implement caching (Redis). Ensure high-performance code with proper logging, monitoring, profiling, and debugging. Write unit tests & functional tests using PHPUnit / Symfony Test Tools. Collaborate with DevOps, frontend (React), QA, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of professional experience in

Symfony Framework

(4/5/6 preferred). Strong understanding of

Microservices Architecture

,

Distributed Systems

,

DDD

, and

SOLID principles

. Expertise in

REST API design

, versioning, and security best practices. Experience with

MySQL / PostgreSQL

,

Doctrine ORM

, and query optimization. Hands-on with

Message Brokers

(RabbitMQ/Kafka),

Redis

, and

API Gateway

concepts. Experience with

CI/CD pipelines

, Docker, and container-based deployments. Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, scalable code. Mandate skills symfony, PHP and Laravel
